How do I cancel my subscription?Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions, find MyLift AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
My purchase isn't showing — how do I restore it?Open MyLift AI, go to the Profile tab, and tap "Restore Purchases". If your subscription still doesn't appear, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase. Contact support if the issue persists.
How do I delete my account?To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@myliftai.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your MyLift AI account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Can I use MyLift AI on multiple devices?Yes. Your account syncs across devices. Simply log in with the same email and password on any device and your workouts, templates, and progress will be available.
How do I reset my password?On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
What's included in PRO?PRO gives you unlimited workout templates (free tier is limited to 10), more AI coach messages per month, and full access to analytics and progress charts.

Account & Billing

All billing is handled by Apple or Google — we never store your payment information. For billing disputes or refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play support directly, as they process all transactions.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing a bug or the app isn't working as expected, try these steps first:

Force-quit and reopen the appSwipe the app away from the app switcher and relaunch it.
Check for updatesMake sure you're running the latest version of MyLift AI from the App Store or Google Play.
Reinstall the appYour data is stored in the cloud — uninstalling and reinstalling won't delete your workouts or account.
