Help us launch on Android
MyLift AI is live on iOS and the Android build is ready. Before Google lets us publish it, we need 12 people to test it for 14 days. That is the actual rule, and we are short of twelve.
What you'll be testing
MyLift AI is a strength training app with an AI coach that writes your programme, adapts it based on how your sessions actually go, and explains its reasoning. You log workouts, it watches your progress and adjusts. On Android it can also write finished workouts to Health Connect.
It is a real, finished app — not a prototype. The iOS version has been shipping for months. What we need is confidence that the Android build behaves on real devices before it goes live.
How to join
What we need from you
That is genuinely it. Roughly ten minutes of setup, then use the app however you normally would.
Why 12 people, and why 14 days
Since November 2023, Google requires every new personal developer account to run a closed test with at least 12 testers, opted in for 14 consecutive days, before the app may be published at all. It is meant to keep spam off the Play Store. It applies the same way to one person shipping a real app, which is where we are.
The counter is on Google's side, not ours. Twelve people who join and stay is the entire requirement — which is why leaving early genuinely sets us back.
Your data
Testing uses the same account system as the live app. We only need your Google account address so Google can grant you access to the test — it is not added to any mailing list and it is not shared with anyone. Health Connect access is optional and write-only; we never read health data from your device.
